Design a cover for the 2024 Swinburne Student Notebook for your chance to win a $500 Woolworths WISH Gift Card and have your work published on the Swinburne Diary distributed across the Hawthorn, Croydon & Wantirna campuses!

Friday November 3 – Entries close for 2024 Notebook Cover Competition
Monday November 5 – Top 5 entries selected by the SSU Team are uploaded to facebook for a popular vote
Thursday November 9 – Facebook popular vote closes.
Friday November 10 – Winner Announced.
Design Specifications
Size: Standard A5 (148 X 210 mm)
Bleed: 5mm
Colour Mode: CMYK
Accepted Formats: PDF, Adobe Illustrator File, Adobe Photoshop File, Adobe InDesign File (when providing Adobe files please make sure they are packaged correctly), JPEG
There is no specific theme for this year’s Notebook cover, but try to keep it student or university related. Digital illustrations, hand drawn images, photography and any other mediums you can imagine are all welcome, provided it can be printed on A5 card – design whatever you like!
The Swinburne Student Union reserves the rights to make alterations to final design. Please keep your original design file in case we need to do this.

Entry Requirements
Entrants must be current Swinburne students with a valid Student ID number.
By entering the 2024 Swinburne Student Notebook Competition entrants are confirming that they hold all intellectual property rights in the work and that they have obtained prior written approval for the use of any third party copyrighted material contained in the submitted work.
Entrants will allow the work to used by the Swinburne Student Union for the purposes of the 2024 Student Notebook and any related materials.
By entering the 2024 Swinburne Student Notebook Cover Competition, entrants acknowledge that the SSU cannot control who votes in the popular vote portion of the competition and therefore cannot enforce a student only vote.
