Swinburne Student Association (SSA) Elections
Notice of Election
In accordance with the Electoral Regulations and Constitution of the Swinburne Student Union (SSU), the following Notice of Election is provided for the election of SSA Board Directors and the Swinburne Student Council (SSC) Office Bearers.
The Swinburne Student Union will administer the 2024 inaugural elections for the Swinburne Student Association (SSA). The election will be for student positions on the SSA, including Board Directors and Swinburne Student Council (SSC) Office Bearers.
Swinburne University of Technology’s (SUT) Governance and Assurance Unit will oversee the statutory elections for student positions on the Swinburne University Council, Academic Senate, School Academic Committee, and the Vocational Education Teaching and Learning Committee.
Nominations for candidates will open on Monday, 26 August, and close on Friday, 30 August.
Polling will be conducted online through BigPulse, commencing on Monday 10am 16th September to 4pm Friday 20th September.
The election results will be officially declared on Friday, 20 September after the close of polling.
